Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the pet
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@scarlettandfreddie.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
3. Package the items securely with original packaging
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster delivery of your replacement.

Order Cancellations
